TRAVEL TIME 

Based on location travel time might apply. Contact our reservation’s hotline for details.  

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Rates provided are for pickups and drop offs with no stops in between and in addition to tolls and parking. Wait time will be charged for airport pickup that exceeds the grace period.(See details below). 

CANCELLATION FEE

Cancellations for airport pickups must be made at least 3 hours prior to pick up time. Cancellations for As Directed / Roadshows / Hourly and Sprinter jobs must be made 12 hours prior to pick up time. Mini Coaches must be cancelled 72 hours in advance and Buses must be cancelled one week in advance. Wedding events and Luxury Vehicles must be cancelled two weeks in advance. Reservations not cancelled on time will be charged accordingly to the reservation details. A cancellation confirmation will be emailed to confirm the cancellation but It is the client's responsibility to follow upon with our office to confirm such cancellation. 

GRACE TIME

Included period is as follows: Domestic Flights pickups 40min. International Flights pickups 59min. Any other type of reservation 15min. 

ADDITIONAL STOPS

Jobs scheduled as a transfer (point A to point B) or airport pick-ups do not include any stops. If the passenger requests to stop prior to the final destination there will be $20.00 charge per stop with a 15 min waiting time per each stop (this do not apply to Road Shows, Hourly or As Directed reservations). 

SURCHARGES 

All NYC trips have a 2.5% TLC charge. Baby car seat/booster seat is $20.00 per request. A 7.5% Gas surcharge and 20% gratuity will be applied to all reservations.    

METHODS OF PAYMENT 

We accept all major credit cards, corporate checks and bank wire transfers (corporations only).

BILLING

Billing is done on daily basis. All transfer (point A to point B) reservations will be charged 3 hours prior to the pick-up time. Check our our Event Reservations Terms & Conditions to learn more about special vehicle’s payment terms. A corporate/personal credit card is required to have on file for all accounts. In the event that an invoice is not satisfied within 30 days a late fee of 3% will be added to the pending invoice balance. Please note that all payments via credit cards are subject to a 3.5% surcharge. 

DAMAGES 

Damages to any part of the vehicle made by the customer, will be charged to the customer’s account accordingly.

FLEET

Cadillac XTS, Suburban & Escalade SUV’s, Mercedes Benz Limousine & Executive Sprinters that seat up to 14 passengers. Rolls-Royce Phantom, Mini Coaches and Buses (special arrangements needed for Sprinters, Rolls-Royce Phantom, Mini Coaches and Buses. Please reserve at least a week prior to event). All of our fleet is 2019 or newer. Our vehicles are equipped with complementary WIFI, water, hand sanitizer, disposable masks and gloves, disinfecting products, first aid kit, sweets, cellphone / tablet chargers, extra-large umbrellas, travel size sewing kit and more. Our vehicles are disinfected after each ride and fogged every night upon arrival to our lot.

DLA Executive Limousine strives to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients and is a full-service transportation company, specializing in all aspects of transportation including Road Shows, major airports transfers as well as private airports, as directed jobs, birthday celebrations, weddings and more. Please note that DLA Executive Limousine Corp., and / or any of its Vendors, Subcontractors, Affiliates, Employees, Officers or Directors assumes no liability or responsibility for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other item left in any of the vehicles. In no event will DLA Executive Limousine Corp., or any of its Vendors, Subcontractors, Affiliates, Employees, Officers or Directors be liable or responsible for damages caused by delay or failure to perform, in full or in part, any of its obligations in connection with our Services, provided that there is due diligence in attempted performance under the circumstances and that such delay or failure is due to fire, earthquake, unusual severe weather, strikes, government sanctioned embargo, flood, act of God, act of war or terrorism, act of any public authority or sovereign government, civil disorder, delay or destruction caused by public carrier, traffic, heavy traffic, delay flights, early flights, street closures, accidents, flat tires, mechanical issues, sickness, or any other circumstances substantially beyond the control of DLA Executive Limousine Corp. and / or any of its Vendors, Subcontractors, Affiliates, Employees, Officers or Directors.
